Monday morning HELLO!!! Just wanted to be honest with you guys and say I’ve struggled recently. Struggled with my motivation due to summer holidays, family stuff, running a business, lack of sleep.
Things have got completely on top of me and that’s impacted on how I feel about me. I’m aware I’ve put on some fluff due to the stress + lack of sleep 😴 I am of course just a normal functional female who struggles as much as the next lady.
We always have so much to do with so little time. Taking care of ourselves is something that often goes to the back of an ever growing list.
I know myself + I know I’ve been too sensitive recently and taking things very personally (which is difficult when you run a business)
It’s been so tempting to just GIVE UP, not care anymore + eat all those things that my body just doesn’t like or doesn’t fuel me.
I’ve also felt desperately tired so training myself becomes the last thing I want to do. I have the type of female body that puts weight on very easily so sometimes I find that even with the best will in the world stress wins and I feel that I look out of place being a health/ fitness coach.
What we all have to remember is that every single one of us has cycles of motivation ~ motivation can come and go many times in one day ~ so what has to matter is how we get back on track if we feel like there is no point or not worth bothering about …
We have to understand our WHY; our reasons for wanting to be the best versions of ourselves we can be and looking at each blip as a learning curve to come back better and stronger than before.
The more times we can bounce back from a blip the more we can learn about each cycle and what gets us there in the first place. Putting things in place for us to not feel like the hope is lost. For it isn’t lost. We are stronger Than we ever give ourselves credit for 🙌🙏
I’m off to make a plan of action to stop me going down that slippery slope again and I know that you guys have my back if I need it. We’re in this together right?
